Overwhelmed with all the rental options? Well you don’t have to stress any longer! At Beautiful Event Rentals, we are here to help you figure out just how much furniture you need for your event, or don’t need in some cases.
Here are a few questions to help you start planning:
- How many guests are attending? This is the obvious first step and best place to start. Think about how many guests you’re inviting and what kind of meal you are providing to decide on the type of tables and chairs you’ll need.
- Talk to your venue – do they provide any furniture as part of your venue rental? If so – does that furniture fit the look and feel of your event?
- Think about the places your guests will go throughout the event and what they’ll need in every space. Will you have a ceremony and reception space where you’ll need double the amount of chairs? Will you have a cocktail hour that needs lounge areas to accommodate your guests between the ceremony and reception?
- Think about the space, (this is where we can really help you out) too much or too little furniture is never a good thing. A very empty event space can make it difficult to complete a cohesive design aesthetic, while too many pieces can make it difficult for guests to get around and feel comfortable.
