This past March, our team had the opportunity to work alongside a major medical group to design, plan and execute two events during their annual conference. 750+ attendees flew in from across the globe to attend so we wanted to ensure it was an event they would remember. In order to do so, we coordinated bringing in different vendors to execute a great interactive welcome party.
For the arrival party, we created three lounge pod sections. Each pod included four unique lounges that that framed a central stage for entertainers to perform on. Additional seating included rows of natural farm tables lined with slat chairs for guest to enjoy light bites. For the seated awards dinner, occurring the following evening, our team produced a modern event design filled with acrylic ghost chairs, marble chargers, and touches of white florals with greenery. Although weather plans affect the original venue location, we took pride in working on our toes to create the same environment while coordinating with 15 vendors to make sure it all came together.
