Here at Beautiful Event Rentals, we strive to provide an intentional experience throughout the planning process so the installation of your rentals comes together seamlessly. In order to do so, we've created a step by step process that ensures the utmost care for our clients. 


installation + retrieval



This is based on the mileage from our studio to your event location for
both Installation and Retrieval.

We know that our items sometimes get a little too much love, so a mandatory non-refundable 10% damage waiver is added to every delivery order, and a 15% damage waiver for will-call orders. This covers normal wear & tear, but does not cover gross negligence – such as damage caused by drinks/wax spills, or pieces not protected from inclement weather.

This is based on the total drive time to and from our studio, crew members required to efficiently installation + retrieval items, and time for installing + retrieving items.

If a delivery is prior to 9AM a $100 fee will apply to cover the overtime hours of our delivery team. Likewise, if you require pick up after 10PM another $100 fee will apply to continue to cover the cost for overtime labor.
